I supplied a video that they requested outside of the Ebay message chain. Then, tried to offer 10%, 50% and 80% refunds before I told them that Ebay will be brought in to resolve it. Now a full refund, but needlessly drawn-out process because they sold an untested item. STAY AWAY FROM THEM/.
