      Sold a laptop that had display issues, when I contacted them with video of the issue they said it's a the design issue which was not declared in the listing, they told me there is no fix for it. Told me to send it back and they would refund the postage. After I sent it back they said there is no issue and they would not refund me the postage costs. I tried to resolve with the seller but they still refused to keep their promise, basically lied from listing the item to getting it back. AVOID!!!

      Sorry you had a bad experience. The device was 100% perfect and faultless. You could have changed from laptop to tablet mode (orientation) using the software BUTTON. The screen does not auto-rotate, this is by design. You received full refund but not for return postage. I think its fair settlement. Thank you.
