    Arrived on time and undamaged. Original picture from the add had a cap on the CAC card reader. I asked the seller if this HP had a CAC card reader, and got no response. The lack of communication was irrelevant because the seller sent me the correct HP and it did in fact have a CAC reader.

    Overall positive experience. Shipped with 512GB instead of 1TB SSD. Seller quickly responded to issue and offered to ship a 2nd ssd, but never followed up after, probably due to Christmas season. Ended up buying a new SSD myself. Laptop is still a good value and works well, would still recommend seller, but double check your device when you receive it to ensure all the specs are accurate.
