Great bird feeder!!! I fill my bird feeder every day. Most of the time I don't have much left at the end of the day, which is good. Brome squirrel buster mini
It is all around a great squirrel buster except for when it comes to the red squirrels as some are just not heavy enough to pull it down and they get a few seeds now and then, but they don't bother it to much as the seed isn't as accessible as they would like. Most squirrels will not give up no matter what you do and when you think you have them beat! Mine started having an issue with the sliding as it didn't go back up where the birds could eat it, contacted jcswildlife and they contacted Brome who is suppose to be sending a new part that should take care of the problem.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Best squirrel free feeder I have ever seen.
I put it up yesterday and today we have several disappointed squirrels who have started going after our feeder in the back yard so I ordered another. They should pay for themselves and since squirrels tend to populate to the level of food available we should see a decline in tree rats. Squirrels Lose
This attracts the goldfinches and the smaller birds that I set it for. I really like that I could make that choice. Even better, the squirrels that have broken several other feeders , were not able to beat the squirrel buster. Squirrels have lost interest.!!! I demoted to four stars since it is hard to refill. I need to find a better seed more suited for the birds in my are as they tend to push out the ones they don't like!... No problem with the feeder but if you get one get a bigger one, the mini empties in one day.
