I contacted the seller and told him the damages and sent some pictures. I asked how we could resolve it and I would ship it back at my cost. A couple of hours later, the seller responded and apologize for my inconvenience and immediately sent me a full refund and said I did not need to ship it back. I can't say enough good things about this seller. Unfortunately, I only had 500 chars.
