    A star product.

    I had these phones for your years (set of 5 complete answering system)...after years of use approx.10years one failed....Their easy of use programing, and transferring data( phone library0 between phones is spectacular. The phones reliability in quality, sound and ease of use is great. This is one of the products that made Panasonic a national name brand.

    I got what I requested but didn't bargain on the problems encountered.

    I wanted the product to match my existing cordless system. That is why I was looking for a specific older model. When selling electronic items with batteries, the batteries should be removed so they don't corrode just sitting around. All of the rechargeable batteries were bad, so I bought new batteries. It turned out that this phone set was programmed with a different frequency so the handsets would only work with the supplied base. My biggest gripe is that one of the handsets has a screen problem. 3 out of 4 handsets should work fine for my daughter's apartment.

    Reliable handset

    We have been using this particular Panasonic model for about 12 to 13 years and it's been so reliable that when we upgraded to a much newer model we soon discovered that our old Panasonic was much better, so we put it back in service and only replace handsets when one is damaged. This model has a very good speaker, which we use every time we are on the phone. The phone book is limited to only 30 numbers but we get by just fine with that.We also have found that the voice mail is perfectly acceptable and have noticed no shortcomings in that.The length of time that it can run while off the charger depends largely on the quality of the battery that is used but we often go a full week before we have to recharge the handsets. All the controls are easy to access and voice quality is excellent so ...

    Long time user

    I have this set up for over 5 years and am using it with a Vonnage system. The sound is clear, the batteries last forever, and I have never had a problem with the system, which includes 5 handsets. The paging function is especially helpful. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a cordless system.

    Perfect addition to my old Panansonic phone system

    I needed one additional handset and this one was an exact match. I put in fresh batteries and linked it to the base station via the menu. I came up and worked with no issues Once I synced my phone book it was working exactly as the other units on my system. The intercom feature is why I bought the system to start with and it works flawlessly with this handset. The redial, speaker phone and headset features are also big plusses.
