When I went through eBay's guarantee program, I returned it and the seller lied and said I had sent back a different item and that it smelled like smoke. We have never smoked, and it was returned almost immediately from receiving it in the same exact packaging it came in. I have not yet heard back from eBay, but was disappointed eBay did not have a place for me to respond to seller's accusations.
