      I don't know what the deal is but I ordered a dress and shipping was included. The post office attempted to deliver today and stated that $6.00 was due for shipping. I told them I already paid shipping which the seller should have covered but they stated it wasn't paid. I'm certainly not paying shipping twice so I refused the order. EBAY is truly going down hill allowing these type of shenanigans. Yes I'm irritated because this should have been a simple transaction.
