When we opened the box we noticed it looked a bit rough and had a slit on the side. The stand had all four short brass lile legs/ stand supports broken off and in pieces damaged beyond repair. I contacted the seller, explained and sent a picture. He promptly got back to me and said he was very sorry and that he would take care of it and how. I was completely satisfied!
