This was sold as new in box (most likely was) but the packaging was damaged on the inside and parts floating around all over inside the box. The package was sealed but the figure felt used for some reason. Kinda lose joints feeling as though the figure had already been posed around a lot. Maybe that is just the make of these particular figures. The box used to ship the item was well packaged and not damaged.
