      The sound system arrived with mild wear and tear, which matched the listing photos — so no surprises there. Unfortunately, despite trying every possible fix, it simply didn’t work. The seller initially accepted the refund professionally, but then surprisingly raised a case accusing me of sending back a faulty item. eBay rightly ruled in my favour, but the product's poor quality and the drama that followed made the purchase feel like more trouble than it was worth.
