Contacted seller didn’t want to pay for return shipping. Told them if they were going to pay shipping I was willing to get a discount so I can get the hat cleaned. Ignored all my messages. Thank god for eBay money back guarantee. They made them refund me. It’s been 19 days and still have to wait at least 5 more days. Buyer was informed they can return item at their shipping expense (last time I did a return on ebay this was an option to set in your store) - It is no longer the case so the buyer did not pay for return shipping (it was provided). Buyer tried feedback extortion for partial refund but this is also against store policy and the buyer was offered to return for full refund only. This buyer is not reasonable and they usually provide negative feedback on items.

The sales ad said the vase was in perfect condition. Also their packaging of glass was very scary! The item did arrive whole. Buyer was denied partial refund as per store policy and was again offered a full refund. Buyer refused. NO PARTIAL REFUND FOR ANYONE EVER THANKS FOR UNDERSTANDING
