Package arrived with a "Postage Due" of $6.31. Seller blames USPS and USPS blames seller. I do not keep cash so I was forced to refuse delivery. The seller kindly refunded me for the purchase I was unable to receive. Very sad becuz the initial selling price was very good. Seller communication was very professional.
