    Ooma give you a review

Generally I've liked the features and quality of these phones. I now have two and haven't tested the range capabilities. There have been some dead spots in the house and I had to return one of the phones for replacement because it stopped recharging batteries. The sound it's good and the software has all the features you'd want as the listing descriptions would indicate. Ooma has saved me lots of money in VOIP calls.

    Functional with limited performance

Phone is easy to use. Menu is also easy to follow. Volume is limited. Sound is intermittent and somewhat weak.

  • Love this phone

The first phone I received was defective and had a high pitch noise on the line when you tried to use it. I returned it and the second phone is great. In fact I am going to buy another one for my bedroom. The ability to interface with voice mail and do not disturb are great features. I have found the sound quality to be good, and had to turn the volume down to about halfway because it was plenty loud, even with my hearing that is not great.

  • Great addition for your OOMA System

Works exactly as described by the manufacturer. Seamless integration with your online contacts & your Telo unit. When a call is received, whatever photo you have attached to your contact is displayed for easy recognition. I purchased this due to bad eyesight. When I'm in bed and the phone rings, I have to search for my glasses in order to read the Caller ID. Even with the 2" display, I can clearly see who is calling without finding my spectacles. Links easy to the Telo unit with only a push of a button. We're so happy with this handset that we'll probably buy a couple more.

  • love the Ooma phone

for the money -- it's way better than getting an old school wireless phone, if you already have a Telo. The integration is excellent and the sound quality is perfect, for the device. The marketing shows a pretty photo of a woman and I don't know how to add that to contacts, but out of the box -- the functions work well...

  • Good value poor sound quality.

Easy to set up. The phone book ports right over from your Ooma account. However I'm very disappointed with the sound quality and the lack of ringtones.

  • Unlike replacement HD3, the HD2 has a headset jack.

One of my HD2's died of old age. Ooma's new HD3 does NOT have a headset jack, which I consider essential. Would consider buying another HD2 from eBay before they go extinct.

  • Echo

Everyone I talked to with the HD 2 told me that my voice was with an echo. Can not get rid of it! Seems other people with this handset have the same problem. Won't buy this handset anymore!
