    Replaced an e250 that I had had for years

    I had had an e250 for years and when it broke I wanted another one, but with more memory. The Sansa e200 series is the Cadillac of mp3 players, and the e280 has the largest memory (8GB). The back of the case is metal and the unit has a nice solid feel. Sound quality is excellent. Another feature that was important to me was that it works with Windows Media Player. I've used Windows Media Player for years for my music and playlists. Using Windows Media player to sync the e280 to my PC makes loading music a breeze. I wish Sandisk still made this product.

    Excellent MP3 player

    Excellent MP3 player. Takes an 8gb SDHC card. Responsive and durable. Issues from previous Sandisk Sansa e200 models were fixed.
