Had I not been picking up my phone, I may have missed the delivery alert & they could have been stolen overnight as our front door is lass than a metre away from the pavement !

I was contacted quickly and given all options from subsitutes, cancelling or waiting. I decided to wait. The communication was in the main OK it did lack co-ordination though. The mats are ok given the cost. They are decently made and will do the job. Not as thick as I expected and the rubber smell is very strong!
