Sorry to hear that you are not happy with this product. As per the exchange and refund policy, it needs to be raised within 7 days of receiving the product. The product was delivered more than a month ago. Regarding the fabric issue, the words and pictures were printed on the fabric material permanently, so they would not fade away. It is because of the fabric material, the words and pictures can't be a solid color. Thanks for your understanding.
