We needed to replace just the mattress encasement cover as the old one was ruined at the dry cleaners. It wasn't quite as thick as the original but saying that it fitted well, zipped up all the way round the bottom of the mattress, had the braiding round the top and is slightly memory foam. Now it's on the bed you wouldn't know that it's not the original and looks great and is very comfortable. Great value. Brilliant.

The actual delivery was a different matter, Yodel lied two days running saying that they had attempted delivery when they hadn't. We were here both days, gates open and access to the front door. Finally rolled up on the third day, no apology whatsoever. So what is normally a great service from this seller is let down by a 'couldn't care less attitude' by the 'delivery' company.
