The Swivel feature works well but I am disappointed with the poor quality of the foam insert which flattens completely and is not dense enough to support, too soft. I am only 65 kg so it is not my weight. You are very aware of the hard base and after a while feels like sitting on a plank. I will have to buy some denser foam, cut to size and insert it over it. Perhaps this is something that can be fixed. Otherwise good comunication.
