Seller replied not their fault, while my request was on the value of good communication in such scenarios - not who is at fault. No reply to that. (Shipping delay was due to USPS shipping it in error to Australia... resulting in significant delay beyond covid considerations. Simply seller empathy would have been welcome. Not blame ducking followed by silence.) Product is good though & so not giving a negative rating.
