    REALLY helps you get to sleep

    There are NO cons!! I am dealing with a lot of stress and I put on the CD when I go to bed and I can set my CD /Radio to repeat all night! Listening to the ocean really helps me to sleep. I am a senior taking care of my husband and sleep is VERY important.

    This is a wonderful CD featuring just calming waves. There's no change in volume & there are no other sounds to distract you. I listen to this many times during the day, & to help me fall asleep at night. l highly recommend this CD. I will be buying some more for friends. I received my CD quickly, as well. Carrie Miller

    REALISTIC and WELL RECORDED

    Very well recorded, very realistic. Thumbs up for that. Good quality product. Only gave it 4 because the wave patterns don't vary much, get very predictable. If you focus on that, it could get annoying, but overall, I don't think many others would even notice that. I recommend it. I like it. I use it.
