    It is an OK product for a low cost situations, but it is not recommended for long term or high reliability installations.

    Folks, you get what you pay for. While this is perhaps the lowest price set of fuse holders you can find in the market, it is not a very heavy duty or well designed for long term installations, or high quality and reliability installations, but it will get the job done as a short term solution. Consequently, I have given it a 3 stars rating. Basically, the design and construction of this fuse holder will not protect the fuse contacts from external moisture and oxidization, and the contacts will degrade and oxidize in short period of time due to contact heat. If you are using it for a toy car or small school project, then it is OK, but if you are using it in a $25K car or permanent home installation, then you may want to look for a higher quality fuse holder at $4-$10 price range.

    Only usable as parts to make your own

    Disadvantages: - tiny, tiny, tiny wire! It looks like 16 AWG outside, but amount of copper inside from 24 AWG!!! - cannot recommend for more than 2 Amps. Maybe 1 Amp with 3Amp fuse to be safe.. Only good for: - cut off whole wire and trow it away, solder proper 16 AWG wire.

    nice fuse holder

    nice fuse holder but fuse not included so dont forget to buy some fuse. they are simple to use and will protect your bike or car from any electrical damages. plug it between the positive side of the battery and your device. just first cut the wire in the middle as it come circle.

    Great price and quality is decent.

    These are a great value. Like many I find that with the recent closures of many of the Radio Shacks stores that I must look elsewhere for my electronic components, Qty 6 of these for USD $1.98 can't be beat. The plastic covers look easy to weather seal with a few dabs of silicone if needed. The contacts are brass. I tested with a few of my large assortment of BUZZ fuses and they fit fine.
