Bonjour,En effet la livraison a été plus longue que la normale mais votre relais a modifié ses plages d'ouverture pour l'été (vu sur leur page fb) et il y avait un jour férié. C'est l'inconvénient de MondialRelay pendant les fêtes de fin d'année et l'été : fermetures de certains relais pour congés et certains relais ne le précisent pas assez tôt ou n'informent même pas leurs clients. Bonjour. Oui, vous avez demandé l'annulation à 14h29 et nous avons annulé et remboursé à 14h35. A savoir qu'à 32 minutes près nous n'aurions plus réussi à annuler votre commande. En effet, les envois se font à 15h00 et après cette heure nous ne pouvons plus agir. Un colis remis au transporteur ne peut plus être annulé. Il est alors également impossible de modifier l'adresse de livraison. Nous garantissons l'envoi le jour même de chaque commande passée avant 15h00 (même à 14h59). Cordialement,
