    PCD Workout Video

    I've played the video several times and it seems very challenging. It's definitly not for the beginner workout person or dancer. It's what I'd call an intermediate dancer/workout for the person who understands a little choreography and is a bit more mobile with athletics. Add the heels and it turns into an advanced choreography/workout video. This video is made for the very young or the very fit. I've had 10.5 years of belly dance training and this video is one that I'd have to work up to to to be profient with the moves and get the full workout benefits. I do like it though and I would have bought it even if I had seen how challenging it was from the get go :-).

    An Amazing workout!

    I got this dvd, because I wanted a workout that would give me a good exercise and be alot of fun. I love the way it is set up. You can go step by step break down of the songs. Then there is a performance portion. The only downside to this video is. There is only 3 songs. But the dance moves are easy for all levels of flexability. And it is a lot of fun. I am always sweating after I do one of the songs. I recommend it, the moves are fun, the dances aren't too hard, and you will get a good work out!

    Finally music I know and like to exercise to!

    I love this video because it is the only video I know of that actually includes songs I know and like to exercise to, not just some vague beat in the background. It has routines to Don't Cha and Buttons. It is also good for different levels of fitness. The routines are fun and, of course, sexy, and it took me about a week to learn them (and I am not a gifted, coordinated dancer). I recommend this to any adult woman who likes to have fun exercising--you won't be counting minutes like on the eliptical or treadmill.

    Good product. Fun way to work out. Recommended!

    This is a fun way to workout. The breakdowns are easy, the routines make you feel it without over working you, and it is a great confidence booster. Compared to like products, I say this one is better because of the ease of the steps and great cardio.

    Do not recommend. Not enough exercise to warrant me breaking into a sweat.

    I bought this video to help me lose baby weight and to have fun while doing it. Don't waste your money. I was hoping to feel sexy while burning calories. For me, it is very slow moving and does not provide an "even" workout for my whole body. I did heat up a bit and can see where some might get decent exercise. But for me, it wasn't enough cardio to warrant me breakinga sweat. At the rate of this video, it will take me a year to lose 5 lbs... I would not recommend this product.
