Pros Battery Life, SnapDragon Processor is fast, the 3GB of ram really helps, Android 5.1 is really fast and I am waiting on Android 6 Marshmallow and hoping it is equally fast. Cons So far I have not encountered anything negative to say about the phone except the camera it has a hard focusing on specific pictures. Overall I am very pleased owning this phone even though the camera kinda sucks a little but oh well it is not enough to drop one star so I will keep it at 5 stars.

I bought this coming off the m8, so I had some high expectations for the successor to one of my favorite phones. Good: The sound is as awesome as ever, and the main reason i wanted the m9. Performance is decent. Games well, seems snappy. Screen is hd, which is all i want from a phone. Metal case feels good in the hand. Bad: Battery life is as poor as the m8, if not poorer. With all that extra horse power, i feel like it should have came with a bigger battery. This thing gets hot, even when you are just watching a youtube video. Kind of ridiculous. There were more scratches than I was expecting. It does say minor wear, but the discoloration of the gunmetal finish is kind of a bummer. The charger provides works, but is not factory, and the cable that was sent with mine was junk. didnt work on any of my devices. Come on guys, you didnt even test that the cable worked? If you like the m7 and m8's fantastic sound, but also want to keep up to date in performance, AND you dont mind keeping it plugged in most of the time, this is a nice phone. But without a battery case or some kind of extra low energy mode, this thing just sucks up juice like its nobodys business.Read full review

The phone is in great shape I can't find any flaws. Today has been a busy day trying to get it activated tho. It took 3 sprint stores to finally get it activated. The first store was not a technician store and the phone wouldn't activate. He messed with it for about an hour then asked me to drive 30 minutes to another store that had technicians so I did and they couldn't get it activated after jacking with it for an hour. Then they asked me to drive another 15 minutes to the other technician store where he messed with it for another hour and finally got it activated. On top of all that the phone didn't have an internet ap so they messed with it some more and know here I am writing a review from the phone so take it how you want this phone is clean no scratches or anything. I don't regret buying it because it was a great price for a great phone. That was my experience with the activation phase but that could have all been cuz I was dealing with a bunch of jagaloonsRead full review

The HTC one M9 phone is a very sleek looking phone. I bought one for my Dad's for his birthday. I personally like the way it feels. The aluminum feels very durable. This phone defiantly feels expensive. I own an Samsung Galaxy S8+ and I will admit his phone with the otter box commuter case looks as sharp as my gs8+. He got a black otter box commuter case for $7 on eBay.The camera is a amazing 20mp and the Dolby sound is remarkable for a phone. I would recommend this phone to anyone that loves to take pictures or listen to music because this phone was built for that.

More than fairly priced. 100% working as intended by the manufacturer. Loaded with features I want in a 32G memory phone. Elegant and very thin giving it a very sleek look. I highly recommend this Phone.
