Pretty darn good. Let’s you stack 3 fx. Control order etc. pretty easy to operate although more advanced stuff I haven’t gotten into. Great delays. Huge variety of time based effects. BASIC BASS STUFF TOO. Don’t be a snob. These are a great value. I will probably get the red one for bass after using this one. For around $100 I don’t see how you can go wrong. You will be able to find some use for this box. Even if it’s just to play with. I have a lot of money tied up in boutique and not so boutique pedals. I’m sure any of these three would make a great addition to my collection. Haven’t tried for synths yet but I think this one might be handy and fun.👍🏼

As with all multi effects pedals, some of the effects are very good, some are fair. Mostly there pretty decent for the price and small platform design. My only issue with it, that I was surprised hadn’t already been addressed, is that it only has the ability to create one chain of multiple effect patches. For example, if you need a 3 effect patch for the verse, but maybe only a 1 effect patch for the chorus, and maybe an empty patch (that would be an effect bypass) for the solo, you would create a ‘patch chain’ and just scroll through the individual patches to get what you need. But then you’re done, you’ve used up the only patch chain. I probably have at least 8 songs a gig that requires this ability, but it only allows for 1 patch chain. Over all it’s a decent pedal, but this upgrade would make it much more usable.Read full review

I can't say enough good things about this product. With 86 effects stuffed into a single stomp box, you'd have to have a massive pedal board and thousands of dollars invested to even come close to duplicating what this stomp box offers. And all for $119! You'd think the sounds would suffer because of the small size but think again! The sounds are stellar. Pristine reverbs, delays, flanges, phasers, choruses, rotary effects and even an intelligent pitch shifter! Whew! One caveat is there is a learning curve as to tweaking the effects. You do have to spend some quality time getting the sounds to your preference, but it will be time well spent I assure you. The other is the footswitch only advances ahead, you can't go back a patch. So for example, you might want to use tremolo in a certain part of a song then switch to a reverb only part and back to tremolo for the end. It would be great if there were two switches to go forward and back. Once you get your sounds you can put them in a specific order to coordinate with your show. All in all, this is one amazing box. All you need is the Zoom and your favorite overdrive pedal. Now that's a lot of bang for the buck!Read full review

I've seen some folks say that the reverb is as good as the Stymon Big Sky. As an owner of both, I have to say that this is just not true, but for 1/4 of the price and with 86 (and now expanded to 140) stompbox emulations on it, it's an amazingly flexibly little device. It sounds pretty good and gets the job done. Plus, it's battery-powered with 2 AAs (YES! no 9V!). I use it in my battery powered rig to follow a Korg Volca. It's perfect for adding it's namesake CDR (chorus, delay, reverb), but now also flanger, phaser, compression, gate, limiter, bit crusher, auto filters, EQ, and more with multiple emulations for each type. Best value for a pedal if your running it with synth/sequencer for sure.

This is one of the best single size pedals available to a guitarist. While it won’t compete with high end studio effects, it’s more than fine for most people. The chorus, delays and flangers are quite good. To a discriminatory recording musician who is really into phasers and reverbs, this may come up a little bit short. However in a live setting you wouldn’t notice anything lacking. Great practice tool and travel buddy too because it runs on batteries. Add a looper and rhythms box and you’re all set. Most people find the gain effects and amp/cab sim’s lacking a bit too, but after some experimenting you can find close to what you want.
