Owing to Covid delayed getting sump oil and petrol. Filled sump and pulled motor over ten times to hopefully get some oil circulating. Put petrol in (ULP91) and switched run switch on. After several pulls worked out choke setting. (not clear in manual). Motor started but staggered until choke set to run position. Runs well but noise level at no load 72dbA not 67dbA. Easiest petrol motor to start I have ever encountered. Usually starts on first pull with choke on. Delivery expensive but speedy.
