Overall experience was good with this seller except for 2 things.
1-Seller has up the option to make offers, however, every offer was met with an instant message of rejection. Even for 5 cents lower than the price advertised. Why enable make offer when you’re not negotiating the price?
2-Item was packaged in an envelope. A small box would have been better as the item is metal.
The item itself is great, good quality and arrive earlier than expected, shipping was fast.

We do offer express shipping and signature confirmation for an additional charge but you still stuck with free shipping which is a standard shipping with tracking number. The package was delivered.
