Products is advertised as Perlier. The package was received but nowhere say Perlier on Product. I was charged for Perlier but received a knock-off. I sent Ebay store ,"great-lots," a message and they tried to tell me my product was made by Perlier. Im done being nice. Going more than to customer service. Im tired of dealing with this store lying to me. Ill never buy from you again! Someone has to stop this nonsense!

As my stellar feedback shows, Great-Lots offers top-quality products at reasonable prices, terrific customer service & has done so for over 9 years. If I sold "knock-offs” & lie, as you have accused me, I wouldn’t have the terrific feedback I have. I refunded your money without you asking for a refund. As I explained in my message, as quoted in The New York Times, Elariia & Orlane are part of Perlier's brand names.
