This seller can't be trusted. Im demanded my money back, the product was defective in my email to him he claimed that the product was tested by him before shipping, and it was 100% in working order. Either he's a liar or I am. I even had Sony support helped me with getting it to work and they couldn't.

I inspected the item before shipment to buyer. Buyer claimed "not working" when received. I received returned Item, inspected upon arrival, and found it working 100%.
I offered to send buyer a video, showing that all is working fine. Received no response so far. I asked to remove the negative feedback, no response. I am not a liar and had 100% positive rating for many years!!!
