    Fresh and delightful

    Tastes like blue cheese

    I have used the grains a few times and it tastes like liquid blue cheese and is unpalatable. I have tried various different ways to culture them but I get the same results. I have asked the supplier for advice but they won’t reply. I’m ready to throw them as they are useless to me
