But, the tip guide of the rod is faulty, when i have reeled the line in and cast again the line snaps and there has been fibres caught around the tip of the rod. On closer inspection i found that the plastic inside the tip guide is not quite square and the line is getting frayed when i either cast or reel in. This rod is faulty and it is no good to me the way it is. lt has only been used just the once, please can we sort this out as soon as possible. Regards Mario Alaimo.
