    Good value.

    I find it weaker than Novo-pheniram so have to take more. The price online really helps to balance this out. I still keep Novo-pheniram on hand for rescue medication. The Major Brand is fine for everyday use to maintain my base level of histamine. In an emergency I would trust it to save my life. Just need more than usual.

    Inexpensive+effective

    Got this at a great price (especially when compared to buying smaller quantities). Chlorpheniramine is one of the few allergy medications my dad gets some relief with so he takes it often. When I found this big bottle so inexpensive online I decided to get one for him, so he'll be stocked up for quite awhile. Am grateful so many were offered for such a low price.

    A 'must-have' in my medicine cabinet

    This is a first line anti-histamine, which means it was 'invented' many years ago and not usually prescribed today as newer ones are on the market that do more 'stuff'. I prefer an antihistamine to do just that - clear the histamine in my body, which is what this does. I have taken it for over 60 years, initially prescribed by my doctor for chronic sinusitis. I also use it on long-haul air flights to stay asleep while clearing my nostrils and airways. It keeps me asleep for 4 hours and then I would just take another one. It also makes me hungry, but apples and carrots stave off the munchies!!

    Allergis

    My whole family has severe allergies from dust, dander, and most of the trees outside. Watery, itchy eyes, and a lot of the trees in our yard. We live in the Stanislaus National forest. These tablets by Major are the only thing we can take without feeling drowsy. I take them 2-3 times a day but it’s worth it. No itchy watery eyes or runny nose. I know they work for my family. Hopefully it will do the job for other families. Highly recommended.

    Speedily relieves allergic sneezing attack, and aids sleep

    I use chlorpheniramine maleate 4mg as a sleep aid before going to bed. It also prevents allergic sneezing during the night. Also, in my case an allergic sneezing attack can come on all of a sudden provoked by dust, molds or maybe pollens. One 4mg-tablet stops the attack within 5 minutes! I like the 1000-tablet bottle for the economy it gives--just a little more than a cent per tablet.
