On day 13, I contacted the seller and got no reponse. I waited another day anc contacted them again and still no response. At that point, I contacted ebay support which was very helpful. I still wanted the items, but seller refunded me and never responded to my messages with an explaination or apology for the delay. Very disappointed with this company.
