    This is a good starter kit for those just starting out, mostly for the glass jug, hydrometer, airlock, and siphon. The plastic fermentation jug is OK (it's plastic, so you will likely want to upgrade if you continue this hobby). The cleanser packets are also a nice touch. I do wish they also threw in some potassium sorbate, as that is something new hobbyists often do not think of if they want to sweeten their wine after fermentation, or store it for later.

    A large collection of items to start home brewing.

    This box came with a nice collection of items to start home brewing. I found almost everything I've seen described in YouTube videos and then a few things to help later. There are no over-arching instructions on how to brew, but rather different items with their own instructions. The box does come with a sheet to identify each item and it's use.
