I hope others read this feedback. I needed a black cue ball to finish a cane my father started before he passed. I selected this seller because he drills and taps the balls to order. Other vendors had a large hole with metal inserts would extend beyond the balls opening. The seller asked many questions and asked for photos to help ensure everything would fit perfectly. It arrived today and did fit perfectly. I could not recommend this service more and would and would give it 10 stars.
