The product is not a branded registered Thermos so in my opinion should be advertised as an airpot., not a “Thermos” air pot. It also had a loose screw in the bottom of the pot when I unpacked it. I removed it and the pot does work well but I will be more careful in the future to make sure I am getting what I believed I was purchasing. It was delivered in good time.

Was confused by the advertisement, so discovered that it was not what I wanted on arrival. Retailer correctly pointed out that it was not his fault in the mistake but at least could have make it easier for me to return by arranging for the return and deducting the cost. For the first time, I have to arranged with my transporter to return the item, which is much more expensive than retailer arranging for its return. For this I would not consider buying from this retailer again.
