I hate shopping in person especially for clothing items - so any positive experience guarantees I will be a return customer! Add to this, the customer service I received to inform me that my order was out of stock, contrary to computer data - (a modern problem), so I was granted an upgrade to another shoe with a higher price tag that WAS actually in stock! Reduced waiting time, etc... I haven't actually opened the box yet, but the service was outstanding... Thanks so much...
