The customs officials requested a commercial invoice with an invoice number for the customs declaration. We contacted the company, and they said they did not have such an invoice. The product that could not pass through customs was sent back by the customs officials. I cannot make a positive or negative comment on a product that did not reach me. However, the company shipped the product very quickly. And was responded to my questions
