Disrespectful seller who does not admit their fault. Wrong item sent (boyleg instead of bikini). The seller immediately called me, insisting that they've sent what I ordered, despite the fact that photographic evidence clearly shows otherwise. The salesperson just didn't listen to me at all. Disgusting communication.

I tried to explain to this buyer that it may have been a manufacturer's fault by putting the wrong brief in the box. All our boxes have a picture of the boyleg brief on the box, but to distinguish the difference between bikini and boyleg there is a label that tells me on the box. This buyer did not want to listen or help me with the situation at hand and until I receive the item back I cannot make any further comment. We always thrive in giving outstanding customer service.

Why would you need a label on the box if I physically unpacked it and photographed the contents of it that clearly showed boylegs instead of bikinis. I sent you this photograph but you did not want to look at it. Because if you did, you would clearly see the contents I received. You just kept insisting that you were right and I was wrong. Is this what you call an outstanding service? The reason I did not tell anything about the label is that the package was already sealed for the return.
