I replaced the old generator on my farmall 140 and this fit perfectly, I didnt have to modify brackets or change the belt, just bolted up, disconnected old regulator, with inline fuses,joined wires together at old regulator location, connected orignal wire to post on new alternator and it starts charging 14.5 ..love it its smaller and takes up less room,looks like it cane on my old tractor..
