Why you would not have heavy duty elastic around the edges of the back piece I do not know., it would have tucked in nicely with elastic. With the stupid tabs it doesn’t sit right and the bottom keeps dropping out and coming loose. Quite ordinary really.

Hi Tony, I just wanted to see if you had maybe fitted the product upside down? If fitted incorrectly, the tabs won't slot into the spots that they have been designed for. The 1 x long tab should be pushed downwards (top section) and 2 x tabs should be pushed upwards (bottom section). We had trialled elastic in our very first design, however based on the overall size of the backrest piece and the backing board not removing easily, it kept sliding off. Tabs worked based on design constraints.
