      unfortunately shipping was a problem. low communication from seller, item did not arrive on time seller did not help resolve issue. item is perfect.

      Item was shipped on time and delivered inside the "expected delivery window" per eBay. Customer thought it should have been faster, and demanded a refund from us (and eBay) for shipping charges. Both us, as sellers, and eBay, as marketplace, denied his request for a refund on shipping charges. So, he is upset that he didn't get money back and left a bad review.
