I am happy to report that both RX580 were delivered in a few days and worked with zero effort on my part. My experience with the scammer-supplied MSI RX-580 Armor (4gb) in 2020 led me to believe that getting the right combo of drivers, hardware, and operating system versions aligned for the thing to work was impossible.
