Thanks, your service is just fine... these antenna are marginal at best. I live in the middle of a city but I get poor reception in my area. On the side of my house that has very low/no signal they didn't move the reception up at all. At the other side, where I have about 1/2 signal they did get me an extra bar. Only was was needed for that... the second antenna didn't seem to help at all. Sorry, just not a good product.
