      I had bought a mic about 6 months ago and the arm had broken a small part, I contacted the company but they said they couldn't do anything for me. I looked around amazon but lately shipping is taking too long for where I live so eBay once again helped me out. Its been working great for me, better than having the mic right in front of me now I can have some space to move it back when its not on use and forward when I do.
