‘Same day shipping’ is absolute nonsense. Sure, they’ll have the FedEx label printed ‘same day’ which means nothing as I received my item - shipped two states away - ten days after I ordered it. Customer service is a call center, basically no help other than offering a 10% discount (which I don’t care about, and not surprisingly never happened). I appreciate the competitive pricing, but I will never buy another item from this company again.
