I've checked Ebay on and off for a few months time, and I haven't seen such a complete (and expandable) PC rig at this price from anyone. It arrived fairly quickly and was packaged with so much cushion against blunt force that it should even pose a challenge for the usual delivery drivers to damage.
Once plugged in, it booted up superfast and has been running flawlessly ever since, just as advertised.
