That said they did ship it, if the product fit I would have liked it, I am going to keep it in the hopes that I will loose the weight needed, but if not I will give it as a gift to someone who can wear it, I guess it is still safer to try on cloths in Walmart... The item matched photo, new, good condition, and a good value, couldn't test it in rain because it doesn't fit.
