    This is my 4th headset and I use it everyday. I get an easy 12 hours of usage on it. I do have 2 headsets that I alternate daily. I replaced my previous 1 due to the right earbud quit working but that was after 2 years and my grandson liking to grab it so he may have damaged it.

    The seller has not misrepresented the item which I purchased. In fact, it appears that there may actually be TWO (dual) microphones on this item afterall. I expected them to be on opposite sides of the neckband, but the holes for the microphone are each on the same (left) side of the neckband.

    Neckbands have served me well for many years.

    Simple to use, very long battery life. Lasts an entire shift to play music. I have occasional disconnects with my laptop, but it quickly reconnects. The audio quality could be higher.

    My LG 810's sound better. No thunderous Bass, no mids, no highs, no clarity sound in the music, volume max, not loud at all. Cant believe these earbuds are ranked in the top 10. Very disappointed. Well, I guess I'm going back to my LG 1100's. Need to merge back with Harman Kardon, much cleaner sound.

    Very good value compared to store retailer however…

    These are great can’t beat the price, however just a small draw back. These don’t have the external speaker like another pair I bought from Verizon. Same model but must be made at an older time still good quality and price regardless of the speaker

    Think twice before buying these.

    The ear bud cords are not that long and are tight, making it uncomfortable at times. An older LG Tone had longer ear bud cords. Also, these ear buds cords are very thin. Expecting them to break at any point. The sound and reception is good.
